This site has been designed with beginners in mind, providing loads of e-learning resources as well as other useful information about e-learning that is easy to understand and apply. The main focus is “rapid e-learning” or any type of e-learning that can be produced quickly and easily and does not require someone to learn programming skills such as writing code ( i.e. html, css, flash, action script etc.). Today, the internet is chalk full of free and fee-based resources that offer stock templates, graphics, animations, photos, and flash interactions to minimize the need for custom development. This site will show you where you can find all of these resources and how you can use them to put the “rapid” back in rapid e-learning.
